⛴ Seat Availability (On Request)

• Taxes are not included in all products. Please prepare local currency and pay the tax in cash on-site when issuing the ticket. • Seongheeho includes breakfast, while Hamayuho does not include breakfast.

• Your booking is NOT confirmed immediately after payment. • We will submit a reservation request to the ferry company and notify you of the confirmation via email once availability is confirmed.

⏳ Confirmation Time

• Confirmation may take time (usually within 48 business hours). • Due to high demand, please wait for the confirmation email after booking. • Reservation processing hours: Weekdays 09:00–17:00 (KST)

⏳ Booking Deadline • Available until 5 days before departure (00:00)

🛂 Nationality & Passport Information

• Please provide accurate nationality and passport details. • All foreign travelers must submit nationality and passport information. • Reservations may be rejected if the purpose is related to visa extension and issues are identified.

👶 Special Conditions

• Pregnant travelers: A doctor’s certificate is required. • Minors traveling alone: Booking is not allowed. • Pregnant travelers must indicate this in the remarks section when booking. → If not stated, the company will not be responsible for any issues.

📌 Booking Notes 1.Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of travel.

2.After confirmation, detailed boarding instructions will be sent via email. Please check your email carefully.

3.Cabin types (including shared cabins) cannot be selected and will be assigned randomly. Changes or refunds due to cabin assignment are not allowed.

4.In case of cancellation due to bad weather before departure, a full refund will be provided. However, if you choose to cancel due to concerns (e.g., high waves), no refund will be given.

5.We only provide a reservation service for ferry tickets. We are not responsible for cancellations of other arrangements (hotel, rental car, local tours, passes, etc.) made by the customer.

6.A cancellation certificate can be issued upon request.

7.If you cancel for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and a cancellation fee is charged, the fee will not be refunded, even if the ferry is later canceled.
