When picked up from the airport (same for domestic/international flights) -Meeting location: Get on the bus in front of Gate 3 of the Departure Hall on the 2nd floor

  • This is the Departure Hall on the 2nd floor, not the Arrival Hall on the 1st floor! After arriving, go up to the second floor and come out from door 3 to meet the driver

  • The driver will only wait for 90 minutes, subject to the flight arrival time. Delays caused by the guest's personal reasons after 90 minutes will be regarded as No Show

  • In case of flight delay, the driver will wait according to the delay time without charging extra fees

  • When booking, be sure to write down your flight number and number of pieces of luggage

  • If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, you may be refused pick-up on the spot and no refund will be issued (100% non-refundable)

When boarding the bus at Busan Station

  • Meeting location: Busan Station KTX Station (*not a subway station), on the left side of Exit 1 on the 1st floor, at the entrance to Toyoko Inn Hotel

  • Detailed pick up location information will be sent via email after booking

  • The driver will only wait for 30 minutes, subject to the arrival time of the train. Delays caused by guests' personal reasons after 30 minutes will be deemed as No show.

  • If the train is delayed, the driver will wait according to the delay time without charging extra fees

  • When booking, be sure to write down your train number and number of pieces of luggage
