FAQ Q1. Is this a private transfer service? No. This is a shared shuttle service where you will ride with other passengers arriving around the same time.

Q2. Does the shuttle take me directly to my hotel? Yes. The shuttle provides door-to-door service to hotel entrances located in Haeundae, Gwangalli, and Suyeong areas.

Q3. Which hotels are eligible for pickup and drop-off? Only hotels with “Haeundae-gu” or “Suyeong-gu” listed in the English address are eligible for this service.

Q4. What information is required when booking? You must provide the exact hotel name and full English address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in service restrictions.

Q5. Where is the pickup point at Gimhae Airport? Pickup is at the International Terminal, 1st Floor, Meeting Point, where on-site staff will assist you.

Q6. Is there staff assistance at the airport? Yes. Multilingual on-site staff will guide you to your vehicle after arrival.

Q7. How long does the transfer take? The transfer takes approximately 60–90 minutes from Gimhae Airport to Haeundae/Gwangalli hotels, and 40–60 minutes from Haeundae to Gimhae Airport, depending on traffic.

Q8. How much luggage can I bring? Each passenger may bring one 26-inch suitcase and one carry-on suitcase (20 inches or smaller). Additional or oversized luggage may require an extra fee or may not be accepted.

Q9. What happens if my flight is delayed? If your flight is delayed and you miss the scheduled meeting time, you will be guided to an alternative shuttle service, subject to availability.

Q10. Can I change my boarding location on the day of travel? No. For Haeundae → Gimhae Airport transfers, the boarding location selected at the time of booking cannot be changed on-site.
